I am left finding other means of care for my mother. This company is the absolute worst and completely useless. Which include assistance with housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, respite and transportation for appointments, errands, shopping and outings. I was also very happy that they offered a free in-home RN Assessment so that they could customize the care plan for my loved one. Overall TriMed Home Care Services seemed pretty good.
Some aides are good, and some are not, but with my experience with my mother, that is the way of all agencies. They were able to answer me, and it looks like with any kind of emergencies, they are around. I would recommend them, but I hope their aides are trained a little bit better. Left our parent without an aide for days without contacting any family members.
